Biography:
Composed of two MCs of Chinese descent plus an MC of Malay ethnicity, Chinese Mafia, is the first Chinese-Filipino rap group to release an album. The group originally started with two MCs, Chi-Nigga and Jay Flava, but was replaced by Klutch B when Jay Flava left for Kuwait. They are known for their original style and beat which is very Tsinoy. The group is also known for their lyrics and subjects on what is going on in the Chinese-Filipino community. Originally part of Andrew E’s Dongalo Wreckords and then Chill’s Electric Chair, they then joined Madd World and soon will release a new album. Besides The Philippines, Chinese Mafia is also very popular in other Asian cities like Hong Kong.
Chinese Mafia continues to remain active in The Pinoy Hip-Hop scene especially with the return of Jay Flava in the group back in 2020.
